MAGAFUSION
If you like to dance and have no major problem with basic rhythm PLUS you would like to tone your body at the same time...... This is the perfect class for you! I have created this 75min workout that combines basic floor aerobic moves and resistance training. The music is all by original artists and if you listen to the radio, you already know the hits! We use weights and/or tube between our dance moves to build some muscle, which in turn will help us burn the calories twice as fast.

MAGAFIT
Designed to strengthen the cardiovascular system, tone muscles, and boost balance, flexibility, endurance and speed. We use dumbbells, resistance bands, gliding discs, elevated benches and other equipment. Exercises can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels

MAGAPOUND
If you like POUND you will love this..... It is the perfect class because it has a rehearsal(warmup) before the final performance I have created this 60min workout that starts with simple POUND HIIT which is then followed by choreographed POUND and then a STRETCH....AHHHH. The music is all by original artists and if you listen to the radio, you already know the hits!

MAGALIFT
Excellent choice of class if you are looking to take your fitness to a higher level or just tone your already fit body. This class focuses on muscle work. We isolate and then combine different movements but always work one group of muscles at a time. This class has great inspiring music and you will get results if you push the envelope. Wide variety of portable equipment might be used in these workouts but mostly free weights and/or barbells

MAGACAMP
These classes are cardio based but loaded with strength training. I use Red Deer's outdoor gyms, play structures, stairways, trail systems and green areas to create fun, yet challenging classes. These include basic training and sometime creative obstacle courses. We start and end each term with a fitness test which allows you to track your progress.

MAGACORE
This class is new to our outdoor menu. All exercise revolve around improving our cardiovascular condition and strengthening core muscles. We find fun and creative ways to get that heart going and belly shrinking.

This class has a new name but has been a staple in our outdoor activities from the very beginning. It is a stationary class that kicks some serious butt! It includes basic resistance training with only LOW IMPACT cardio and various portable equipment. This workout focuses on toning, strengthening and improving flexibility.

MAGAHIIT
This class is short and sweet but don't let it fool you. It is mostly Tabata style 20/10 but I do play around with the format a bit. We use many different types of equipment and we ALWAYS hit that top heart rate zone. This is a must for any training schedules but not the kind of class you want to do everyday. Rated #1

PERSONAL TRAINING
I offer personal training for groups or individuals. Personal training is a "one on one" session where you work on an individual's goals and specific needs. We start by figuring out what will and will not work for you, establish a program and get to work. People sign up to get that hands on knowledge and that little extra motivation. Being held accountable for your actions is how many of us need to feel to progress in our fitness journey.
